• Assisting clients in obtaining, servicing, and renewing insurance policies
• Providing general educational information about insurance coverage types

We act as an agent/broker and are not an insurance carrier. All insurance coverage is subject to carrier underwriting approval and the terms of the applicable policy.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Lakeside Insurance Partners through our website, quote forms, or otherwise, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us related to your insurance quotes, policy servicing, appointment reminders, claims updates, and account notifications.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing any insurance product or service from us.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, such as active quote requests, policy servicing needs, or claims in progress.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any texts we send or that you send to us.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at the phone number or email listed below. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

• Supported carriers: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted in all cases. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information provided on this Site, including quoted rates, coverage descriptions, and carrier information, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, commitment, or guarantee of insurance coverage or pricing. All quotes are estimates only and are subject to:

• The specific terms and conditions of the issued policy

Coverage does not begin until a policy is issued and the first premium payment is received and accepted by the carrier.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Sweepstakes Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Illinois, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
• Entry Period: Entries accepted through July 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST.
• How to Enter: Complete the online sweepstakes entry form at lakesideinsures.com/events or visit our vendor table at the Gran Picnic Cultural Peruano on July 26, 2026.
• Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Prize: One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) Lakeside Insurance Partners branded merchandise item (jacket, sunglasses, baseball cap, or sun hat). Approximate retail value varies. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable.
• Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Notification: Winner will be notified by email or phone within 30 days after July 26, 2026.
• Sponsor: Lakeside Insurance Partners, 3400 W Stonegate Blvd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
• Void where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
